  Our company Tselis Real Estate-Greek Home participated in 1st International Exibition Real Estate Expo that was organised in  the exhibition centre of Thessalonica from the 22 until 25 February 2007 and also in the 2nd International Congress Real Estate that was organised in the congress centre "N.Germano's" from the 22 up to 24 February 2007. Our real estate office was present in the Real Estate Exibition with a lot of other offices not only from Greece but also from the abroad. In this way we developed new contacts and knew new collaborators.
 Moreover, we watched the 2nd International Congress where participated enough speakers from the abroad. Concretely speakers from the abroad were the following: Mr Xavier Ortegat, International Adviser of Paneuropean Federation of Brokers (CEPI), Brussels, Belgium, Mr Nicolas Thouvenin, Advisor the the President, Fnaim, Economic Affairs, France, Mr Thierry Cheminant, Paris-France, k. John Andersen, Managing Director, SunshineWorlid.dkA/S, Denmark, Mr Frans Burgering, Chairman of Paneuropean Federation of Brokers (CEPI), the Mrs. Marshes Moneva, Vice-president of CEREAN(Central European Real Estate Associations Network), the k.Dan Negulescu, Chairman of CEREAN(Central European Real Estate Associations Network), Vice-president of ARAI(Romanian Association of Real Estate Agencies), the k.Orlin Vladikov Chairman, National Federation of Brokers Bulgaria. Thus we were informed for various subjects as for the Greek market of real estates from a European Prospect, for Greece in Europe, for the education in the Real Estate, for the planning, the growth and the management of commercial centres, for  Logistics Centres  in Greece but also for the problems and the prospects in the Market of Real estates.

Plans for Free Economic Area in Krakow
Above 20 new authorisations for action in the Free Economic Area, for investments of value of many millions of PLN, 600.000 sq.m. of new extents-that is the new year of 2007 for the Free Economic Area of Krakow. From the beginning of this year, with the regulation to wait for only the signature of Prime Minister, the public help to the investors in the region of Krakow can  be increased from 40% up to 50% in the case of big companies and until 70% in  case of  intermediate and small companies. The high level of public help constituted pole of attraction of many companies. This time the Economic Area waits for the publication of authorisations for 20 investors, contrary to 2006 where were published 13 authorisations, while in 2005 hardly 4.
The Technological Park of Cracow seeks concretely investors that deal with the developed technology, the electronics and the information technology. Up to this moment the Park published 40 authorisations for such type companies like:Motorola, ComArch, Shell, Ericpol, ACS and MAN, Car Technology Production, RR Donnelley. This companies offered 4000 new places of work, while in the 2 next years are going to be created 3000 new places of work. At the same time the companies announce future investments up to 2009 that will amount the 600.000.000 PLN(153 000.000 Euros).
The Free Economic Area of KraKow was created in 1998 while her extent  were calculated then      660 000 sq.m.. Now it covers  2.460.000 sq.m. and contains other 7 sub-areas in the prefectures Malopolska and Podkarpacze. This time is programmed the union of other 600 000 sq.m. in Krakow, Niepolomice,Brzesk and Tarnuw. This time is to be lucrative for all the sectors of economy. The investments of 2006 are calculated to  reach the 9 billions of PLN(230 000.000 Euros).

The demand of apartments in concrete regions of Warsaw
As the previous years and now from the regions of Warsaw with particular interest in the real estates, is thus distinguished the region Mokotuw.The prestige of  the region, the continuous increase of investments in the real estates and in the infrastructures they constitute reasons of future interest for this region. The apartments in Mokotuw constitute a very good investment for the future. The central part of city Srodmiescie traditionally moves bigger interest in the purchasers, concerning other regions. It is characterized by particular dynamics in the market of real estates (fast sale of apartments, usually in 1 -2 days) while the bought apartments  constitute future source of income for the householders because of  the sure renting. At 9,5% least as long as it concerns the demand concerning the Mokotuf  is characterized  Praga Poludnie, region in the right bank of Warsaw. The big interest for this region has also as a result the exist of  high prices in the apartments. The advantages of region are the easy access in the centre, and the systematic increase of offer of new apartments, that constitutes the future investments.

Prices in Warsaw
 According to the  measurements of the previous year the increase of prices in the market of real estates of Warsaw had as result  1 square metre of apartment to  cost up to 5.528 PLN. This  proves that the mean of increase of prices in used apartments in Warsaw reaches 31,6 %.  That  increase of prices is owed not only to  the locality of  rel estate  in the centre but also in the locality of real estate in small distance from the town, characteristic very important for a real estate. In higher levels are moved the prices of apartments that are found placed in more interesting parts, mainly in the left  side of  Vistoula( river that passes from Warsaw). In this case  1 square metre of apartment is at 22% more expensive than  1 square metre of apartment that is found by the right side of Vistoula. The limited offer of real estates and the small elasticity in the negotiations of prices from the side of salesmen were the reasons that were adopted high prices and bloomed at the same time the market of real estates.
