The fact that the bigger world company, the Hewlett-Packard, has invested in the city Wroclaw  is owed mainly to the local beginnings, that strengthens the foreigner investments, they offer flexible economic programs and they publish constant regulations on this investments. The favourable locality of region and the crowd of companies that acts there ,they guarantee the maintenance of high level of the region.
